Return Policy

We assure that all our products go through multiple levels of quality inspections before it gets shipped out.

However, should you encounter any problem with your purchase, by placing your order, you agreed to the following Return & and Cancellation Policies.

  • Zenithmart accepts returns returns within three (3) of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
    • Items must be in their original packages, including receipts, manuals and other included items.
    • Zenithmart will access 30% restocking fees on all approved returns.
    • Zenithmart must be notified of all returns in writing to: customercare@zenithmart.com.
    • Items received in good condition are not returnable, and no refund is available.
    • All claims of defective must be received in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, must also be in the original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
  • If three (3) days have past, since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a return/refund or exchange.
  • All items that has not be shipped can be canceled, please confirm from Customer Services if your item has been shipped. Cancellation of items that has not be shipped shall be subject to 15% restocking fees.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement/refund.

If you are approved, your replacement/refund will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable replacements, refunds, and exchanges.
